Out of a need to remedy the lack of early childhood education/mental health + perinatal mental health resources locally, Mindfulstarts was born. Understanding that young children exist within the context of relationships  and that parents need community, Mindfulstarts hopes to impart best practices and support for individuals that is responsive and supportive to the earliest relationships that exist.
