and from a vary young age, knew that my work was going to be centered around being a "helper."  My career has vacillated between working in home visiting programs, early intervention, family engagement work, instructional coaching teaching and support.  I have also been a life long learner continuing my education in areas that center around both caregivers and young children.

I value the shared experiences of caregivers ( teachers, home visitors, parents) and the experiences of young children, understanding that behavior has meaning and through my work, help caregivers understand the meaning of these behaviors, while sustaining attuned relationships.  I help individuals & programs alike understand what children are communicating through their behavior and how they can show up as the best caregiver/parent they would like to be
